1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Products returned without authorization or outside the 30-day window will not be accepted.


2. Free Returns for Canadian Customers

Returns are free of charge for all customers located in Canada.
Yvorna covers the cost of return shipping labels when the return is approved.
Please contact our support team to obtain a prepaid label and return instructions before sending any product back.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or modification

  • Items not purchased directly from https://yvorna.com

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Clearance or final sale products

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement or refund.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos showing the defect or shipping damage.
Our team will assess the situation and offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement of the defective item

  • Reshipment at no additional cost

  • Full refund to the original payment method

5. Return Process

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

  3. Once approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label and instructions.

  4. Securely repackage your item and drop it off at the indicated carrier location.

6. Refund Timeline

After inspection of your returned product, we will issue your refund within 7 business days.
Refunds are automatically applied to your original payment method.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
We will notify you once the refund has been successfully processed.


7. Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for items of equal or lesser value within 30 days of receipt.
If the new item costs more, you may be asked to pay the price difference.

8. Late or Missing Refunds
